CANCELLATION POLICY
To accommodate for the time and cost of the appointment slot you will no longer be occupying, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. In the event of a no-call, no-show, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. In the event of a second no-call, no-show, 100% of the service total will be charged and you will no longer be privy to online booking. Thank you for respecting my time.
